Meet the Team

Joana
Head of ABM & Automation

Background

Named Thought Leader of the Year at both the 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards and the 2025 International Business Awards, and a B&T Awards Mentor of the Year finalist in 2025 and 2026. Clients describe her as a visionary who's "constantly thinking and considering what's next" — someone who builds mindful, lasting relationships rather than one-off campaigns.

Joana Inch is Hat Media's Head of ABM & Automation and a co-founder of the agency, and the driving force behind its reputation as one of Asia-Pacific's most focused Account-Based Marketing practices. She is the author of two published books — Account-Based Playbook and Go To Market — and the creator of Hat Media's Buyer-Led Growth System, the operating model behind high-stakes go-to-market programs for clients including Lenovo across Asia-Pacific. In 2025 she was named Thought Leader of the Year in two separate international programmes: Silver at the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, and Silver in the Business Services category at the International Business Awards. She also took Bronze for Most Innovative Marketing or Advertising Professional of the Year at the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. Joana now leads Hat IQ, Hat Media's global platform for bringing her frameworks, books and courses to B2B marketers everywhere, alongside Hat Media Consultancy's diagnostic and training work across ANZ. Her focus: making Hat Media the definitive authority on B2B Account-Based Marketing, globally.
